Below, we would like to introduce you to our general terms and conditions, which apply to the provision of all services in  o At  o  we offer you a personalized shopping experience and services tailored to your interests and needs.

Formalization of the contract and delivery of products

When ordering Tasha products  o  the contract is concluded with Import Lutz, address Balmfluhstrasse 8, 4532 Feldbrunnen, Canton Solothurn, Switzerland, Chamber of Commerce registration number CHE113602717.

By clicking on "Buy" you are placing a binding order for the items in your basket. Once you have placed your order, we will immediately send you an e-mail with the order confirmation.

The binding contract is concluded as soon as you receive the order confirmation from us. Please note that orders placed by bank transfer will be shipped as soon as we receive payment of the full purchase price and any shipping costs.

Therefore, we kindly ask you to transfer the purchase price immediately upon receipt of the order confirmation, and in any case within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order confirmation from us.

Deliveries are made in Switzerland and in some European countries, such as Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Belgium, Holland. Where delivery times are expressed in working days, working days are understood to be all days between Monday and Friday inclusive, but not public holidays or weekends.

We assume the shipping costs for all orders with a minimum purchase value of CHF 100.00.

For all orders with a value of less than CHF 100.00 you will have to pay between CHF 7.00 - CHF 9.00,

(Depending on the weight of the order and where it is to be shipped to, if outside Switzerland).

This will be indicated when you place your order in the product details and in the shopping basket.

Changes and returns.

It is our desire that our customers are always satisfied with the purchase of our products, but in case of return or exchange of goods will be exchanged only if the customer meets the following conditions:

  • Present the invoice or receipt for the product, whose date of purchase should not exceed 14 calendar days.
  • Present the product whose packaging, labels and tags must be in excellent condition.
  • The product cannot have been purchased at auctions, promotions, offers, outlets; for these items or products no return or exchange applies.
  • The products must be sent in the same condition as you received them. No exchange will be made if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of the product, from products that are not in the same condition in which they were delivered or that have suffered any damage, so you must be careful with the product/s while they are in your possession.
  • Please return the item using or including all original packaging, instructions and other accompanying documents.
  • You can make the changes through any transport agency, the costs will be paid by the customer in any case.
  • The garments must be in our offices before the 14-day deadline for the change.

No refunds will ever be given, changes are made for sizes, color or changes of other item. To accept the change or return must meet all conditions.

Receiving the product does not mean that the change is accepted.

Once the product is received, it will be studied to verify that the damage has not been caused by misuse.

For reasons of hygiene we do not accept changes or returns of underwear such as tights, shorts, swimwear, swimsuits, body shapers, post-surgical girdles, men's boxers, except when manufacturing defects have been identified.

In case of defect of any garment; Once the garment arrives to the warehouse and the review and confirmation process is done, the customer will be notified and the respective change of the same garment will be done, and in case there is no more the reference sent, the customer will be able to choose another one for the same value or a voucher for future purchases.

In all cases, the customer must guarantee that he has followed the rules for use and handling of the product defined on the labels or packaging.

ImportantSome damages are caused by a bad use of the product when the recommendations given by the manufacturer are not followed, some examples are

  • When the washer and dryer are used to wash the product.
  • When, especially in control products, people try to wear a size smaller than their normal size.
  • When care is not taken when putting the product on and it is damaged by accessories, rings, jewellery or nails.

There is a refund of the price, when the article does not admit repair, in the case that the product was defective or in bad condition, otherwise the amount paid will be paid in the form of purchase vouchers with the same value of the product paid.

the consumer has 14 calendar days to return the product from the date of the invoice.

Only for the return of defective products or products in poor condition we will pay the cost of transport to replace it with another one.

For exchanges or returns, the cost of shipping to Import Lutz is assumed by the consumer.


The information or personal data you provide about yourself will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Policy.

When using our websites o  you consent to the processing of such information and data and declare that all information or data provided to us is true and corresponds to reality.

All orders are subject to product availability, if there are any difficulties in the supply of products or if there are no items left in stock, we will notify you and seek the best solution with you.
